Signing up for a new account
You can sign up for a new account here. You will need to enter your name, organization (company name), country, email address and password. Framestr will send you a password and verify your account by sending an activation email to the email address you used when creating your account. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder.
We offer several different plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Enterprise. The difference between the paid plans is the number of forms allowed, integrations (third party applications), number of users and A/B form testing. Unlike other form companies, we allow unlimited submissions (allowing you to scale your business on any of our plans). We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit card payments. Payment information and processing is secured through Stripe.
We can create annual invoices for Administrators (upon request). Billing invoices and payment information is available under "settings -> organization -> billing". The non-profit discount applies to all plans. *Note that certain restrictions will apply if you do not pay via credit card through the standard billing system.
You can currently sign up for either a monthly plan. There are no signup fees and you aren't bound by a minimum contract or long-term commitment with any of our plans. You can cancel or downgrade your account at any time with no charge. You can view our pricing plans and options here.
If you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, we'll give you a full refund no questions asked. Just check the refund box on the cancellation page. If you're inclined to share why you want to cancel the account, we'd love to know that too.
